This knife has lasting sharpness as it is made of molybdenum vanadium steel containing more than 1.0 of hyper molybdenum steel, which has high hardness and abrasion resistance.
Tha handle is made of POM resin, which has high strength and elasticity and is resistant to corrosion. It is dishwasher safe and clean containing antibacterial agent.

Use & Care
